REFLECTION
REFLECTION
This project has proven difficult to all of us in the group. Finding times that all, or most, would be available to study was difficult. The requirements of the project were not difficult, for most of these websites and information we had used for most of the year to study for tests. We decided in our group to have presentations for each topic, which were not very helpful. But having to investigate your own topic made us an expert in our topic. Using a website for our project was at first exciting, and after deciphering Weebly, it was quite simple. I believe this final project served better on a personal level. I learned very much about absolutism and constitutionalism, which were my topic. I researched many details about such topics, to give a successful and good presentation to my group.
The most difficult part of this project was most definitely the group. I was taken out of my original group and put in a new group. It was difficult, but finally we were able to accommodate our schedules and have study time. It is my personal way, to study alone and silently. Studying in a group was not very helpful, because I get easily distracted. What I disliked about the project was that we had about a month to finish this project, but due to studying for AP euro tests and other academic and spring sports it was difficult to have any real progress done prior to two weeks before the AP exam. It was especially stressing for me, because other than Spring sports and several auditions I had much stress from other sources. I procrastinated in much of the project. Although I started my studying early, I regret starting this project late dates. Overall the project was not very difficult, but one cannot count it as successful until we see our AP scores.
